Don't let Budget Planning Turn You Off...

budget planning

Budget planning...

Trips to the dentist...

Stomach viruses...

Pretty much sums it up doesn't it? That's how most people feel about putting pen to paper and analyzing their own money situation.

Not to worry.

You're stepping in the right direction by reading through this site. I know most people are afraid to write down a budget because they know what it says...

I'm broke.

Good news! That's not true. I'm a firm believer that the overwhelming majority of people like you make enough money to cover your bills...

But...

No matter how elegant and "down-to-the-last-penny" a budget gets it fails to pass the "life happens while we're planning" test.

You see, the problem with most information on the web and all the education we got in school--NO one talks about the real budget killer out there.....

ready...

here it comes...

I'm about to curse....just once...

Shit Happens!

Even the smallest $30.00 expense, if we didn't plan for it--destroys the budget.

The snowball starts. Peter gets put off so we can pay Paul this month. Larry gets shorted next month so Paul gets what we owed him...

and so on....

All from $30 lowsy bucks we didn't plan for.

I know you've felt it. Except, I'm sure it wasn't $30. It was probably $300....a mistake that we all make. A mistake that takes months to recover from.

So, where to start?

There are 3 areas to focus on...follow the links below:
1. Personal Financial Information
2. How to Budget Money
3. Budget Planners
